今時今日這種服務態度

花貓昨天氣急敗壞地打電話給我,說買眼鏡時受了氣。本來她訂了兩對眼鏡,會有折扣,她也付了訂金,可是最後眼鏡店說其中一對鏡框缺貨,她也選不上另一對合心意的,那眼鏡店就取消那折扣。她正與店員理論之際,店員竟然說她為了區區八十塊錢的折扣而糾纏,言下之意是她小家子氣。先不論那八十元的折扣應怎樣處理,作為服務員而數落顧客,這樣的服務態度實在難以忍受。(天知道,我為了手機賬單上兩三塊的差別,也與網絡商理論,這是原則問題嘛。)

忽然想起有一些電器黑點也用類似手法行騙:先讓顧客付款買便宜的東西,然後說沒貨,於是顧客要再加錢買貴的東西……
